MP3 Folder Confusion

I have converted Pop Party 5 and Pop Party 7 CD's to mp3 format, and they are in folders of the same name. When copied to, and viewed on the mp3/4 player (the one with circle shaped controller, NOT star shaped), only Pop Party 7 shows up on the menu, and all of the tracks from both CD's are in that folder! Why? How can this be corrected? Thanks

Make sure that you have saved all in the same format - sometimes one can forget to make them all (.mp3) file extensions for example.

Also make sure they are all saved in a bitrate of 192 kbps or less.

All tracks are mp3 (don't use anything else), and never go above 192 kbps

Make sure there are no invalid file formats elsewhere in the player e.g. winamp.info which is a Winmdows media Player settings file.

Any invalid or corrupt files will cause problems like this with the player.

Failing that, I would send it back to your supplier with all songs still on the player thereby allowing them to troubleshoot the problem.
