Sorry for starting two threads so soon, but we're getting a little beyond frustrated here. I understand about the problems with video size on the KA08, and I'm not too concerned about that right now. I've yet to find the appropriate photo settings that can reliably allow them to be viewed when taken from another source, but it seems like every few minutes we encounter another frustrating issue. So I'll just list a few and hope for the best! Thanks!
Is there anyway to avoid having a photo resized when it is sent via mms? We often send photos to e-mail addresses, and though it will certainly do this, any picture received is incredibly small, specifically for a 2.0mp camera...
Is it possible to assign different tones (mp3 etc) for an incoming sms? Or do you have to simply live with those installed on the phone?
Can you possible delete the pre-installed wallpapers? Or at least allow for more than one of your own to be available (to cycle thru etc) at a given time?
We really want to enjoy this phone! But we're not having much luck so far...

I can't say I am completely familiar with the everyday using of this phone, though about the resizing on the mms, every phone on the market, branded or unbranded will do this, it's about what size you are allowed to send over the air. Sorry but thats the case :(
Also please don't expect the camers to be anymore than just a means of taking a fast photo, they will never compare to the 5mp ones around, the KA08 is more designed to be small, look nice, fit in your pocket and have all the "basic functions of it's big brothers".
Sorry about that, hope someone will come along and share there experiences also..
Would be nice to here...:D

I can understand that all phones limit size, but with this phone now, from as far as we can tell, we're limited to sending and receiving MMS messages of only about 5K. Which makes any image only an incredibly small thumbnail, and makes sending or receiving any sort of audio or video content (of any size) completely impossible.
Maybe it's just frustration, but I can't think that that's just the way it is. It would seem, if it were the case, more complaints would be all over the web... I'm wondering (ignorantly I admit) if something in the MMS settings could be incorrect and causing this issue. We use T-Mobile and received settings via their online tool, though we input another CECT model as the KA08 wasn't listed. Is this even a possibility? Or is this truly just a limitation of the phone? If so, it seems to hardly be truthful to call the phone "MMS capable"
I apologize if the frustration I'm feeling is evident in my posts. I really appreciate how quickly you respond, and you certainly are THE most knowledgeable person about these phones I've come across. I thank you greatly for that! And for your time :)
