MP4 Problem

I have loaded all my music on to my mp4 player. The files now appear to be corrupted and I cannot delete them. It says it cannot read from the source file or disk.

I have tried to format this and it says it cannot format it as there is something else using the drive. I have closed everything down so I don't see how this can be.

Hi Katie,

It sounds like there has been a corrupt or invalid file that you have loaded on to the player and it has now corrupted the firmware of the player. If it can be fixed, your dealer is the one to speak to.
