MP4 - language problem

Hello,

My daughter has managed to set the language on the MP4 to either chinese, japanese or korean (or other:confused:) and I cannot find a way to set it back to english as I don't understand the writing.

Could you give me a step-by-step guide on how to set the language back to english please?

i've managed to do it by fiddling with it!
It was actually set to Korean!
