folder trouble

just received new mp4 player,very pleased.
ONLY problem is that when i transfer my ripped albums (using freerip as recommended) they transfer and play fine,but unit automatically puts them into alphabetical order.
not a major problem,but struggling to rearrange tracks .
any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure what model number you have but there is often a sub menu where you can alter the order or select random play for example. this is usually accessed by pressing and holding down the function button (MENU) while music is playing.

Another good way, of course, is to rename the tracks and put a number at the start of the title e.g. :

1. Heartbreak Hotel.mp3
2. Blue Suede Shoes.mp3
3. Jailhouse Rock.mp3

etc, etc

all sorted now thankyou,just accessing the tracks in a different way (thru dir list on submenu of music).
all albums and tracks all in numerical order now.
