I've just purchased 2 "4gb all new 5th gen MP3/MP4 players with video, camera and radio" from Amazon. I've managed to save music (as mp3) onto the 2 players and one player lists the music in 3 different ways: by song title, by artist and by album. However the other player only lists the music by song title. I can't get it to list the music by the artist or album. The players are presents for my niece and nephew and as you can guess, one of them is not very happy! Any advice?
