MP4 nano cross style not working

Was working fine until after the first time I charged it, now it won't even turn on. Any ideas anyone?? Nothing appropriate covers this in the troubleshooting section of the instructions. Thanks!

This is typical of an invalid or corrupt file type having been loaded on to the player. In most cases, it is due to the user allowing Windows media Player or iTunes to sync with the device.

In the case of Windows Media Player, it writes an invalid file called WMP.info to the players memory and this can cause the issue you are finding. It seems to corrupt the firmware of the player.

The other (less likely) scenario is that the user has not depressed the lugs on the charging cable at the player end when inserting or retracting the cable and it has damaged the charging port.
