MP4 not charging

Hi, I recently brought an 4GB MP3/MP4 Player Cross Style 4th Generation, FM Radio, LCD Screen from Amazon.co.uk
I have tried charging it but it doesn't seem to be charging, I have tried using the USB cable and using the plug. I even emailed the company I brought it from and they sent me a replacement. But this one doesn't seem to charge either, any suggestions? :(

Can you tel me what the symptoms of it "not charging" are?

Many people load invalid file types on their mp4 players by mistake (sometimes something as innocent as a wmp.info file) and this can cause the player to shut down appearing as if it has no charge?

Hi i bought this for my friend as we work late shifts, 1-11.48pm
he has given it back saying that it does not charge at the wall i bought this about 3 weeks ago..i had no istructions but on the box it was said to come to this website for instructions i contacted amazon but i could not find the buyer details on my amazon account.. so i thought i would contact you selves and see if u can help me... is it just the wire as it sounds rattley is there any thing i can do i can not afford to buy a new one and i am abit annoyed that i bought it and it has never turned on once..! :mad::confused::mad:

Hi Krispea,

There should be no rattling - it sounds like it has become damaged or someone has pushed the charge cable in without depressing the securing teeth firstly.

If you bought it from Amazon, it may be that you are only seeing the last 30 days orders - check further back your account history by changing it to show 90 days and contact the seller - they are sure to be able to fix it or replace.
