Movie-
Firstly you usually have sample movie. Expect the format. It is either AMV or AVI for those who did not come with a sample. When people try to convert movies it has to be WMV format before converting. I know a great website for converting movies into WMV or other formats. http://www.convertfiles.com/
Shuffle-
Shuffling only shuffles the folder of music you are currently playing.
Recharge-
Uploading Invalid formated things (like wmp, wmv etc) cause the the mp4 to shutdown and look like its recharging but its not. Sometimes try sliding the top button thing the opposite way for it to recognize itself as recharging.
Standby-
Many people think that just turning it of means its off. But its not. Slide it to the right to turn it off (it might be the left as i have little memory).
