Is it possible to change the firmware on the KA08 MY FIRMWARE IS ZZT.G580P11.1.0_MB01. Which I imagine to be pretty basic, I am unable to use the handwriting on it and have read that people who have had the firmware changed were able to use it after that, but the person I bought it off is ubale to change the firmware for me.
