Hi as promiced a review of the latest Asia Phone hitting the market!!!
Though remember guys it's only my opinions, feel free to add, though if we could keep each model on the same thread, that would be great:cool:
I9B 3G Review
Ok, I tested the I9B 3G. The 4gb model, with the real headphone jack.
Overall - Good Points:
Touch Screen (Responsive)
Lag (Much less then the I9/I9+/I9++/I9-3G)
Key Pad
QWERTY Keyboard (And I even have large fingers)
Looks (not ONE person commented or thought it wasn't an iphone)
Overall - Bad Points:
JAVA Apps (For some reason some have a load of trouble loading up)
FM Radio (Almost no stations come in
Video Recorder
Overall Conclusion
After using the phone for a couple days, i'm impressed. The dialing keypad is layed out nicely and super responsive, the texting keyboard as cramped as it looks, actually works surprisingly well. The games on I did get to work work great, only a few even simple ones, had trouble loading. The music player doesn't lag all that much and the camera (to me) I could live with. Until now I only had ONE phone with a 2mp camera, all the others were VGA like this phone and this one is still a hair better, so it doesn't effect me much.
The calender is a little slow and cramped, but does what it needs to. The address book is sucky, but I don't mind using it. Ill probably get a replacement book.
The disc I got with it also had Opera Mini 4.2. The web browser even on the edge network seems to be decently quick and a pleasure to use.
Overall, compared to other phones, I give it a 4/5. The menu isn't laggy at all on this phone.
Compared to everything else, its a fun little phone.
