Hi,

I have a Hiphone M1 and an I9TV and both are experiencing severe signal strength problems. I also have a KA08 and that is perfect, but when I put the SIMs into either of the two other phones, the signal strength is 2 bars if i'm lucky and constantly drops out to emergency or no signal.

Outside they both work very well, but inside, in exactly the same places that my KA08 is fine, they are next to useless. I have dismantled both phones, on the I9 to fix a "No Signal at all" problem [one of the antenna contacts wasn't soldered at all!] and the M1 battery problem where the phone would in termittantly turn itself off [one of the battery connectors was loose], so I'm not afraid of a bit of soldering :-)

Any ideas anyone?

Regards

Rob

if you are good at soldering then a new charging block is in order for the battery,..

best of luck with that..
