KA08+: no display (white screen) after standby

Hi,

I just received a KA08+ phone. It has the following problem:

The phone can go into some sort of standby mode either automatically or by pressing the power button. After pressing the power button or back button to get the phone out of standby mode, the display is white.

The problem starts when the phone gets in standby for the first time after powering on the phone.

Does this sound familiar and is there a solution for this?

Hi to be honest it doesn't sound familiar and I see hundreds of these a week, you can try a factory reset, though I doubt it will make a differance.

Give it a try and get back to me.....;)

So far I couldn't find anything similar on the net. But anyway, the reset to factory defaults didn't help.
