I had a KA08i for my birthday and try as I might, I cannot get some of the functions working as they should?
1. When I play a 'tune' in the audio player, I can't find the control to stop it. It has the forward and back controls & pause, but no stop?
2. It let's me change the format of the time to am/pm or 24hr, but unless I choose the 24hr format, it doesn't tell the correct time?
3. The date format will not change from YYYY/MM/DD - even when I set DD/MM/YYYY - it always displays YYYY/MM/DD on the front of the phone.
4. Java games, just freeze when I choose 'launch', should they be installed on the phone or the memory card - I've tried both? What I did was, drag the jar files to the 'games' folder on my memory card, installed from the card to the phone, it fires up, but then freezes? Also they are in the Java folder and not the games folder when I choose to install?
If it's because I'm using the 'wrong' games, where can I get games that will run on the KA08i? I am trying to install games that are 'touch screen' capable.
5. Although it states that I can use 'custom' sounds as a ringtone, message tone or alarm tone, so far I have only managed to set them as a ringtone by 'sending to profile' - how do I set as message tone or alarm tone?
6. Do I have to turn off the annoying sounds of 'power off' and 'unlock slide' every time I switch the phone off, it doesn't seem to retain these settings?
