Searching for more information on these phones i am getting more and more confused. :rolleyes:

Seems there are several companies making the "same" phones, - Sciphone, Hiphone etc.

Which one is the "real" clone, and which is the "fake" clone...:confused:

Amusing though that a copy / clone is being copied..:)

Hi John, there actually is no cloan, there are some people out there claiming sciphone is the company or CECT, the truth is there are just lots of similar phones being made out there and you will find they all mostly come from the same factories, there are not as many factories as people think or as the web wants us to believe, most people are brokers.

I have allways said, but from Brittain with a UK warranty and you will be fine, they are all the same if you were to find CECT as a company you will find they have nothing to do with phones, just people buy from the factories and make names to make there phone sound better than the rest, they are all the same, i open them up every day for repairing and know the parts and could almost tell you what factory they came from..

So get a UK warranty thats the key and the phones are all the same.

Great Thanks, sounds just like the small Chinese motorcycles that has
invaded my country the last few years, they all come from the same
factory, just different stickers & labels on them, depending on who is the distributor.

I actually have decided for the I68+, just waiting for reply from JSM
regarding the language & delivery time.

Its the same in every market in the world - many different brands are made in the same factory but have a different badge put on them before they leave - it happens with cars, it happens with washing machines and it sure as hell happens with chinese mobile phones :rolleyes:
