W009 Problem

Hi,
ive recently got my new w009 iphone clone. and when i put a virgin sim in the phone it sometimes picks it up , lets you make 1 call or make 1 text then loses the connection between the sim and the phone and shows either Emergency on the home screen or it shows virgin but doesnt call or text it just says failed. yet when i try any other sim such as 02, Tesco, it instantly works without a problem. can some one please help me?

just to add, just tried a standard tmobile sim and that doesnt work either. i dont understand. is it tmobile all together that doesnt work since virgin rent lines of tmobile? but if that is the case this phone isnt completely unlocked?

hi there are 2 or 3 things software fault, pa chip, or imei problem the most common problem is software fault.
