Mp4 problem

Can anyone help, just got MP4 loaded up some albums but says format error ,radio works but cannot play albums . any suggestions as to what I have done wrong. Thanks

This is usually a sign of a corrupt mp3 file or an incompatible file type. In extreme circumstances, it can damage the firmware of the MP3 player.

Try formatting it then load different tracks and see if that sorts it?
